Navi was really stinky today, and it had just rained. So I decided to go for another fantastic mud run so that she could have another romp in the mud before I gave her a shower. We went out for a 4 mile long run. I slipped and slid all over the trail and ran through calf deep water. I wiped out several times. Navi rolled in the mud and galloped around. When we got home, I gave her a shower and towel dried her. She was very mad. Then I decided I was going to make a quick sandwich for dinner, and Navi got upset that I wasn't paying any attention to her. So I played some tug of war, and then started trying to make dinner again.
When Navi wants Tim's attention, she will sit behind him with a squeaky toy, and keep squeaking it insistently. She knows I don't respond to that but last night she realized that I notice when she drops a bone. She decided to sit behind me with a pile of bones and kept dropping them one after the other after the other. It was so annoying that I almost picked her up, put her in the garbage can, and wheeled her outside for garbage collection.
